Chomping at the bit
Can’t wait for Monday to get back in the studio and dig into recording guitar tracks on the the Soul Trash full length CD!
In The Studio @ SONIC TRASH!
We’re back at it, working on our long overdue second EP, the drum tracks are all recorded and are getting edited this week, Dave is going to be laying down his guitar parts hopefully by the middle of this week and then everyone else is finally going to get their chance to have at it.
We will be adding a few bonus tracks of acoustic stuff as well as having a few Guest artists featured on some songs!
We’ve also been busy rehearsing and writing new material and looks like we’ll have enough for yet another CD!
Hopefully we will be able to get a southwest tour launched pretty soon, and we’ve been talking about doing some acoustic sets locally, we managed to peak the interest of Bill Close (original guitarist for the Freeze) about playing a show or two with us and with any luck we’ll get a chance to perform together sometime in the near future.
As most of you know, Soul Trash has been on hold for a while, since Dave and Gizz who are also current members of the The Freeze (Boston’s legendary Punk Band) have been recording the new 2011 Freeze Ep and were touring Europe with the band, also some members of Soul Trash have moved to different states and it’s been tough to replace them but, we’re happy to announce the band is back together with some new members and rehearsing in preparation for some local L.A. area shows.
Dave ,Gizz, Chuck, Bobby and Corey have been in the studio at Sonic Trash revamping the old set and writing some new material.
We’ll keep you posted as to when and where!

What’s up everyone? Sorry we haven’t been posting much lately,but we’ve been in the recording studio a bunch working on finishing up the full length, and rehearsing, making plans for our next tour and just plain old getting caught up with life from our last tour.
Things are looking good and we hope to be out on the road in a few months, see you soon!
